Crossgates Developments is a general building company specialising in extensions, re-roofing, full property renovations and structural works.
We take projects from the initial structural stages through to completion, including stripping properties back to brick and rebuilding them to a high standard.
With experience across a wide range of building and structural projects, we provide a complete service, managing the work from start to finish with a focus on quality, reliability and attention to detail.
Most of our work is on houses in and around Leeds. Some need more room, some need a new roof, and some need putting right from the ground up.
We also take on bigger refurbishment and development jobs, and work alongside other builders when a project calls for it.

The old tiles were stripped off and the roof taken back to the rafters. New breathable membrane and battens went on, then the whole roof was re-covered with new grey tiles.
Wall opened up between two rooms
An arched doorway between two rooms was opened up into a wide opening. The brickwork was taken out, a steel beam was put in to carry the wall above, and the new opening was plastered.
One builder from start to finish
Most building jobs need more than one trade. An extension needs groundwork, steels, brickwork and a roof before anyone can start on the inside, and a re-roof often turns up rotten timbers that need replacing.
We manage the whole job ourselves and bring in the trades it needs, in the right order. You deal with one contact from the first visit to the finished work.
We work for homeowners, landlords, developers and commercial clients, and as subcontractors for other builders.
