The company
Crossgates Developments is a general building company based in Crossgates, on the east side of Leeds.
We specialise in extensions, loft and garage conversions, renovations, roofing and structural work. Jobs range from a single repair to taking a whole house back to brick and rebuilding it.
Whatever the size of the job, we manage it from the first visit through to completion.

Most of our customers are homeowners in Leeds. We also work for landlords, property investors, developers and commercial clients, and as subcontractors for other building firms.
