This site is published by Crossgates Developments to describe the building work we take on and how to get in touch about it.

What is on it

We take care over what we publish here, but the pages describe our work in general terms. Nothing on this site is advice about a particular property, and nothing on it is a quotation or an offer to carry out work at a given price. Any price for a job comes in writing, after we have seen the property.

Images

Photos of work on this site show jobs carried out by Crossgates Developments. The extensions page uses licensed stock photography to illustrate the kind of work involved, and those photos are not Crossgates Developments projects. Some pages also use illustrative textures and drawings.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We will reply to it, and any work is agreed separately in writing.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for what is on it.
