Loft conversions
Dormer, hip-to-gable and rooflight conversions. That covers the new floor structure, steels, roof alterations, the staircase and a fire-protected route down.
Garage conversions
For integral and attached garages. We rebuild the door opening, raise and insulate the floor, and bring the walls and roof up to standard.
Renovations & refurbishments
Whole-property work. We strip out, repair the structure and rebuild, co-ordinating the other trades as we go.
Roofing
Re-roofs in slate and tile, flat roofs, storm damage, ridges, valleys, chimneys, leadwork, gutters and fascias.
Structural work and general building

How we run a job
Every job starts with a visit. We look at the property, talk through what you want, and then put a price together in writing.
Once the work starts we manage it from start to finish. That includes booking in the other trades, such as electricians, plumbers and plasterers, so they arrive when the job is ready for them.
On bigger jobs the outside of the building comes first. Getting the roof, walls and drainage sorted before the inside is finished means the new work stays dry.
